     Growing up in the neon glow of Vegas, I learned that love is the biggest win of all."       1. The Legal Essentials

      • Age: Both parties must be at least 18 years old.
      • Identification: Bring a valid, government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License, Passport, or Military ID).
      • Status: You must be currently single. If you’ve been divorced, you’ll just need to know the date and city where it was finalized—no paperwork required!
      • The Cost: The license fee is $102 (payable by cash or card).


      . The 3-Step Process

      1. Pre-Apply Online: Save time by filling out the Clark County Marriage Pre-Application. You’ll get a reference number to bring with you.
      2. Visit the Bureau: Both of you must go in person to the Marriage License Bureau (201 E. Clark Ave). They are open 8:00 AM to Midnight, every single day of the year.
      3. Bring the Paperwork to Me: Once you have your license packet, keep it safe! Hand it to me before the ceremony starts, and I’ll take care of the rest.es and joys of marriage. We believe that a strong foundation is essential for a happy and healthy marriage, and we are committed to supporting you every step of the way.

      Beyond the Bureau: 3 Scenic Spots Within Walking Distance

      Once you have your license in hand, you are just steps away from some of the most iconic photo ops in the city. Here are my favorite "local secret" spots near the courthouse:

      • The Downtown Murals: Head over to 7th and Ogden for the world-famous 3D murals. The vibrant colors make for modern, high-fashion wedding portraits.
      • The Ferguson Motel: Just a few blocks away, this renovated 1960s motel features the "Big Rig Jig" (truck sculpture) and lush green spaces for a whimsical, retro vibe.
      • The "Welcome to Downtown" Sign: Located at the corner of Las Vegas Blvd and Fremont, this neon classic is much easier to access than the famous south-strip sign and has that gritty, cool "Old Vegas" feel.otary Wedding requires a non-refundable deposit to secure your wedding date. In the event of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will work with you to reschedule your ceremony for a future date.

      Perfect for: Scenic micro-weddings and vow renewals.

      • Location: Red Rock, Valley of Fire, or your private hotel suite or any venue.
      • The Vows: A semi-customized ceremony including your personal "How We Met" story.
      • The Details: Unlimited email/phone support, coordination and 30-minute early arrival.
      • Bilingual: Can be performed in English, Spanish, or a blend of both.
      •  Bonus: I’ll even snap a few "just married" photos on your phone!
